Happiness does not come automatically. It is not a gift that good fortune gives us and a reverse of fortune takes away. It depends on our attitude alone. You don’t become happy overnight. It makes patience day in and day out.

Like a placebo, happiness is made in our brain and it requires time effort and struggling to go through life. Become grateful for the things that you already have in life. Be grateful. Be grateful. Be grateful. In order to be happy, we have to view ourselves in a lighter and more forgiving way. Talk to yourself like you would if you were talking to a loved one or a pet puppy. You deserve your own DAMN LOVE!

There are people in this world who are more, in fact, that what we usually call happy: they are filled with a deep insight into reality and they are willing with a deep compassion for others. Their happiness is still vulnerable and incomplete but they realize that their happiness is a skill. They realize that the grass isn’t greener on the other side and even on the highest thrones, kings and queens still sit on their asses.

Yibo Wang is one of the nicest guys I know. He is always a constant source of energy and humor for us all! His philosophy to always make others happy is evident in the way he carries himself. Even when he’s discussing something he is truly passionate about, he remains honest and open to hearing new perspectives from others. – Dooley Compliments

WE can achieve inner freedom. Ask any number of people of people to describe a moment of “perfect” happiness. Some will talk about seeing the birth of their child, seeing their pet dog, or listening to a good song. The common theme that all these lessons have is that the person is just IS.

Although suffering is inevitable, these people have achieved happiness by simply being present and have surrendered all of the complex things that go on in life to God and Lady Fortune. They realize again that the desire for more things can make them unhappy.
